First of all, this notion that tRUMP isn't a politician is hilarious. tRUMP has been working political channels since the mid seventies. Why do you think that he "magically" became a Republican a few years ago?
With respect to the topic subject matter, tRUMP has already started to work "both sides of the street" regarding the Covid-19 matter. He is avoiding any responsibility for his early inaction by blaming the WHO, but is glad to take any credit for any positives along the way.
With respect to tRUMP'S if very VAGUE guidelines on reopening the economy, tRUMP will defer the REAL responsibility to the individual governors themselves. By doing so, he can then avoid any responsibility (as usual) is his plan fails. Conversely, tRUMP will be more than happy to take all of the credit if his very vague plan if it were to actually work out.
Simply put, tRUMP is very much a POLITICIAN. To believe otherwise, is to put your ignorance on full public display.
