We got a new TV and I need help

Hooked it all up and it's the kind with a dvd player so I put in a DVD. I don't know what I done but this circle with the number eleven in it just appeared on the screen and it's stuck there like this:

I'm sure I touched something I shouldn't have but it just stays like that. Any ideas? Anybody?
