We warned you

Clinton already did it. You didn't see the Left and MSM whining about "boots on the ground" in what amounted to a civil war in Europe that was Europe's problem.
No one complains about the Bosnia and Kosovo campaigns because they were highly successful military and diplomatic operations which didn't cost a single American life, ended ethnic cleansing and genocide, and concluded with peace treaties which gave Bosnians and Kosovarans sovereignty and independence.

Complaining, whining, bitching, and moaning have a hard time getting any traction against success.

I complained. We didn't need to be there. It was a European problem in their backyard. They should have taken care of it. Our involvement was not needed except for the FACT that Europe--that is, NATO sans the US--couldn't handle the situation.

That aside, the operation in Iran, so far, is highly successful militarily and diplomatically. Kosovo did cost American lives, 28 dead, 16 wounded. In Iran, taking out the current regime would end mass murder of dissidents and conclude any further development of nuclear weapons by a government hell bent on having and using them. It would give Iranians sovereignty and independence.

That was part of a NATO peacekeeping force. Bill Clinton didn't just up and decide he needed to conquer the place for some nebulous ever-changing rational.

It was wholly a US military operation for all intents. European nations contributed next to nothing. Your response also doesn't explain why this problem was something the US needed to get involved in. As for NATO, no Kosovo was NOT something falling under the NATO charter. No NATO member nation was attacked or threatened. Rather, Kosovo was an internal civil war between non-NATO countries as part of the breakup of Yugoslavia.

Nope.

Nice try though.
