They didn't tell me much, just that the HV that hosts my VPS was down. Then it got escalated, then they said they couldn't figure it out and it got escalated again, then the next message was, "It's been fixed."What happened? I'm in sales and I use a CRM, both web/pc and android-based. The android version glitches constantly. When I contact support with the latest issue they make me jump through a million hoops to eliminate me as the issue. Then, a week or so later they go: "our bad, our engineers fixed it, you should be good to go!".They didn't tell me much, just that the HV that hosts my VPS was down.
