Translation: We'll run the country until all of our oil is pumped out!

I doubt Trump plans to build anything for the Venezuelans. He'll update the oil derricks, pipelines to the terminal and the port itself. Aside from that, Trump doesn't care about the brown people in "shithole countries". What he is too stupid to see is how difficult it will be to protect all of that in an insurgency.

This has all the makings of Trump's masterpiece; a Class A Clusterfuck.
