They're supposed to be in my area soon too. I may have some fun at their expense, but in all likely hood I'll probably just ignore them. I know there are several AMVETs Riders chapters going out to 'meet' them though. That won't end well. For the baptists I mean.

A funeral in my hometown was protected by the AMVETS! It made the hair on my arms raise! Quit a sight! I was so proud! My friend sent me pictures, the funeral was for a young soldier killed in Iraq! He said you would not believe the people who showed up to block the protesters from the funeral goers!

I love the riders. If my club had a chapter I'd probably be one myself, but alas, I'm a mere 'cagey'.
