what are the two most important/consequential things that happened internationally this year?

The hard thing about this question is that we are not all knowing beings, having a quality expectation of how things will play out is hard.

I maybe should have said globally....I mean in the USA too......If you think that the election of Trump is one of the two then say so.

The freak out that Russia beat us in the war we demanded in Ukraine might very well be one of mine.

Quite a few people thinks that once the world processes that the Imperial Empire demanded this war and then lost this war attempting to hurt Russia and then go on to hurt China then NATO and American power are over.

A corollary is that the Russians learned that they are much better than they thought they were....and that they are better people than we are...we being the people who run around the world spreading death misery and destruction everywhere we go.

Vampires Putin has called us.

I think it is Larry who points out that Americans have not suffered the consequences of war....and of losing at war....in a long time.

Buckle Up.....This is going to hurt.

As I predicted the Russian response to the Trump ideas of what to do about Ukraine yesterday was "You are not paying attention".

Putin is a very cool cucumber but he is getting hot that the Imperial Empire remains committed to torching the globe to a crisp on the way out....

Alexander Mercouris says that he has never seen Putin so angry as he was talking about the Empire yesterday or maybe the day before.

"Stew in your own juices and go fuck yourself" was the general message.
