All I can drink lately is water, and non dairy milk. I'll splurge and have soda with meals on vacation, and I'm stopping at breweries, and bringing the suds back home for later.

The whole idea of guy, or girl drinks is pretty bupkis. I drink Tequila, Scotch, and gin straight, but fruity drinks can be good as well. It all depends what you're doing. Chilling out on the boat: Beer, or boozy punch. A meal out: A rum, and coke, a shot, or specialty drinks depending on the place. Having brunch out: Mimosa, or peach vodka, with 7 up Touring around the countryside: Wine. I used to play bartender to family, and friends, but they only visit so much, and they focus more on our local wines. As for the canned, or bottled ready cocktails, I'd rather do it fresh with liquor of choice. Otherwise it's normally just a basic grain spirit in your drink.
