The 1957 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham featured a glovebox minibar with magnetic shot glasses, just one of its many extravagant and forward-thinking luxury touches.
Cadillac designed the Eldorado Brougham as a limited-production ultra-luxury car to compete with European luxury marques like Rolls-Royce.
It was packed with futuristic amenities, including air suspension, memory seats, and even a stainless steel roof.
Among its most famous features was the vanity set, which included a glovebox liquor compartment with magnetized stainless steel shot glasses to prevent spillage while driving.
The set also included a cigarette case, tissue dispenser, and a compact for powdering one's nose, true 1950s luxury.
The price tag? $13,074.
It was an era when Cadillac was a statement of innovation and American luxury at its peak.
