What happens if an enemy gets on America's soil and attack?

Think "Red Dawn" as an example. What would the procedures be? Would the four branches of the military be mobilized here in America?
 
Yes, the military would mobilize to repel the invasion. I'd also say that the invader would face incredible levels of guerrilla resistance from the populace, sans of course the whining Left that would probably welcome the invasion.

I would think that an equivalent of the Home Guard, Volksturm, etc., would be started to aid an insurgent resistance to invasion.

The problem is the Posse Comitatus Act. Even with the Marshall (MTG's word) law, Americans still have rights.

It wouldn't be about civil use or the use of the military against US citizens. It would be no different from 1812 in the sense that a foreign invader is on US soil. That is a legitimate use of US military power and the act doesn't apply to it.

Then Americans have the right to form militias and fight alongside the military.

Pretty much. That is how most were originally formed prior to the 20th Century. Roosevelt's Rough Riders is a late example of a privately raised military unit that served in the Spanish American War.

China has opened dozens of “overseas police service stations” around the globe to monitor its citizens living abroad, including one location in New York City and three in Toronto.

“These operations eschew official bilateral police and judicial cooperation and violate the international rule of law, and may violate the territorial integrity in third countries involved in setting up a parallel policing mechanism using illegal methods,” reads a report by Safeguard Defenders, a human rights watchdog, released earlier this month.

The report, titled “110 Overseas: Chinese Transnational Policing Gone Wild,” details China’s extensive efforts to combat “fraud” by its citizens living overseas, in part by opening several police stations on five continents that have assisted Chinese authorities in “carrying out policing operations on foreign soil.”

Europe is home to most of the police stations, with locations spread across the continent in places such as London, Amsterdam, Prague, Budapest, Athens, Paris, Madrid and Frankfurt. North America is also home to four of the stations, with three locations in Toronto and one in New York City. In all, there are 54 such stations in 30 different countries.

How was China able to purchase oil fields in Texas?
 
China is flooding America with dangerous drugs and we barely care. I am now wondering if the master plan is to get as many people as they can hooked on drugs, and then send a bunch of poison drugs killing many hundreds of thousands at least, and demoralizing us. That would be diabolical. They are up to it.
