Hmmm.... It could be a strong outlay on the border... that will be rejected by the Admin. Therefore nothing gets done but they get a great benefit from talking strongly about it.
Perhaps...I can't see anything on the war helping them out. They already passed the border wall bill though, kinda hard to duck out on that....
Of course they did not fund it
