i am curious since i got into a debate/discussion on the 'more on the firearm front' thread as to whether aliens can purchase firearms in the u s of a

The constitution is written so that all rights are inalienable to us as human beings, and that the document itself only restricts the government from performing certain actions. so resident and non resident aliens, as humans, have all the rights afforded to them that any citizen of the states would have.
