New York's population is declining faster than any other place, Manhattan's home sales are cratering, and fewer students are going to New York for school. NYC is even losing more restaurants every year. Sure some businesses want to be there. It is a new money status symbol like a rolex and a mercedes, but that does not reflect the overall dynamics of the city or the state.
