What's Brexit about?

I borrowed this from Janet Daley, an American academic and journalist who has lived in Britain for many years.

"What Brexit is really about would be like the United States joining a pan-American union in which US trade policies are determined in Buenos Aires, and decisions of the Supreme Court can be overruled by judges sitting in Rio de Janeiro. Can you imagine any US politician, left or right, accepting such a thing, let alone enthusing about it?"

Daley is a moderate conservative who strongly supports Brexit, and equally strongly detests Trump.

What is this, you say? Didn't the Brits suddenly turn into ignorant, xenophobic bigots, and that's why a majority voted to leave the ever-closer EU? That's Trumpism! Isn't it?

Americans don't view 'Latin America' as 'Equals'.
Americans tend to think Britain, France, and Germany are 'Equals'.

Also, Britain, France and Germany are all made up of similar 'stock' and heritage'.
America is more 'Northwestern Europe', while Latin America is more 'Southwestern Europe'.

Maybe so. I don’t want to debate whether what you say is true about what Americans think about the equalness of [insert S. American country of choice here] ... but here’s the deal. If it is true and Americans think of [insert European country of choice here] are equals, I still don’t want them, or any other country, making decisions for my country. This is why I can understand BREXIT supporters stance.

You may be/probably are right about British feelings.
There's a Global Economy out there now.
To compete against China (and the US) I would think a United Europe would be in Europe's favor.
Maybe shedding Scotland and Wales (and Northern Ireland) England could return to wool making?

In 2013 - 2014, UK growth was around twice the EU average. The growth rate has been declining slowly ever since, but something happened in 2016 to halt the decline for about a year.

?

“Britain’s economy would be tipped into a year-long recession, with at least 500,000 jobs lost and GDP around 3.6% lower, following a vote to leave the EU, new Treasury analysis launched today by the Prime Minister and Chancellor shows ... echoing the recent warnings from the independent Bank of England and the International Monetary Fund” - 23 May 2016.

Maybe that was it.

Americans tend to feel self entitled, and look down on everyone else!

So what's the hold up on Britain leaving?

My conspiracy theory is that it's down to sinister forces, not unconnected to the NWO, who stand to make billions if Britain doesn't leave. It may come to leaving without an 'agreement'.

Btw with regard to wool, sheep made it, English people just took it off them.

Nobody 'dominates' the EU. What the tories want is to be puppet-rulers of a second Puerto Rico, only totally under Trumpf without any say at all.

Have to face it that Russia was involved in getting Brexit through, in a very close vote. Putin wants to break up the EU and hurt democracies. It is happening.

Exile: "Btw with regard to wool, sheep made it, English people just took it off them."
Jack: According to Thomas More, the Tenant Farmers that tilled the Land for Centuries were paid to Leave the Land to make room for Sheep. They made their way to London and other Cities, where they were hung by the Dozens for Stealing.

RE: NWO.
Do you know anything about the 'Virginia Company'? It became two (Investor) Corporations that had Plans on turning a Profit in the New World. Specifically, was it linked to the East India Company (another Investor Corporation) that had similar Goals in the East?
--->My Theory: The United States *IS* The East India Company.
(Has a Chairman {President}, has a Board of Directors {Congress}, and has Shareholders (Owners of Property that are 21} )

Very possibly. That would explain why they called the natives Indians.

I'm busy researching the Tories who (according to Welsh sources) want to be puppet rulers of a second Puerto Rico. I'm guessing that's so they can claim droit du seigneur over AOC.

Very good. I can see how all those pieces fit together. (I think AOC is from NYC, but that would just be a 'technicality' for the Puppets)
