What's killing our children?

True. But by committing a felony they forfeit they right to own a firearm.
That's not true. The right to bear arms cannot be taken away Constitutionally. The 2nd Amendment does not say that the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed except in the case of a felony conviction. Any unconstitutional legal precedent is unconstitutional.

See you can make sense.

Just off the top of my head?

Age requirements for purchasing guns from dealers.
Not allowing convicted felons to own guns.
Requiring fully automatic weapons be licensed.

Probably more, but it is late.
So your position is that there is a certain "common sense" extent to which the right to keep and bear arms can, and should, be infringed that doesn't detract from the 2nd Amendment, would you say that's accurate?

I am saying I agree with the current rules concerning gun ownership.

We'll just let that be your little secret.

A felon cannot own a firearm.
A felon cannot vote in many states.

For the one millionth fucking time, what will "prevent" this from happening in the future.? Why do these psychos never shoot up a police station or an NRA convention? Answers those questions let's see how serious you are
Cops get shot at on duty all the time...

Also, to the best of my knowledge, cops are not allowed to carry their service weapons on them inside the police station. They have lockers in which they are required to stow their guns prior to entering the rest of the building.
