It's OK to Be White
When Bill Clinton was impeached, was it just trying to overturn an election? Were the Republicans just impeaching Clinton because they hated him? Did they not respect the people who voted for Clinton? Should they have just waited for Clinton's term to run out? Was it a coup?
 
The reds were investigated both Bill and Hillary for decades. They started with a nothing Whitewater and went down from there. Hillary was not even in poltics and the reds investigated her over and over. When Bill won, they quickly started the Starr Comm. That investigated their lives with a full-time staff job. I felt they wanted to keep Bill busy with defending himself so he would not have his focus on governing. But they impeached him with a big nothing.
 
The Clinton impeachment was 100% political and based on bullshit. There was zero threat to the country, to national security, or anything to do with our rule of law or Constitution -- unlike with the current addition to the Been-Impeached Hall of Shame.

He did lie under oath, though. What he lied about was unimportant bullshit, but a lie is a lie.

He has the same legacy as Harvey Weinstein. Trump will have the legacy of making America Great Again until another Obama or worse a California dim becomes president.

Yes, he did lie. That being said, how many lies has TRE45ON spouted since the news about his criminal doings with Ukraine has come out? Not under oath, of course, because his attys. would never allow him to testify because he cannot tell the truth.

In the end they were both impeached, impeachment will be cemented as their legacy, all these Trumpkins' grandchildren will learn Trump was impeached over abusing his power, taking advantage of it for his own personal ends.

And given Trump's ego, he probably imagined himself being remembered as another Lincoln, and now impeachment will accent his Presidency

and, just like lincoln, history will be twisted to favor the popular sentiment instead of the truth. Lincoln should be remembered as a war mongering, empire building, tyrant..............but whatever

Well that depends on how one looks at it, I believe most view him as saving the Union to give us the country that we know today

I'm all for removing Trump too. Just saying that Clinton also should have been removed.
