This does not represent a change, the plan was always to use Bidens name to gain the presidency and then to replace him with Harris. I have suggested that Biden might not even do a full day in office. The DNC is now a captive of the revolution, starting Jan 20 the old America is to be killed, a new America will be born, in the image of the Soviet Union. Over time America will continue on its path of becoming a captive of The New Chinese Empire.

Kamala Harris (D-CA), if Biden wins the November presidential election.
Tweeting Friday, Trump noted that Pelosi said her target wasn’t the president — and that he believes she’s telling the truth.
“Crazy Nancy Pelosi is looking at the 25th Amendment in order to replace Joe Biden with Kamala Harris,” Trump said. “The Dems want that to happen fast because Sleepy Joe is out of it!”

Remember too that Harris was always the candidate of the California power structure, so Pelosi demanding the switch early and also demanding that Harris be effectively in charge from the jump is the expected. If Biden did not understand things before then he certainly does now.
