Where Is Murtha?

The dems seem to have cut and run from Murtha now that elections are coming up. You would think they would have him front and center telling how Bush screwed up. Where is he?
 
He's down in pendleton getting the gallows ready for the 7 Marines he tried and convicted on the senate floor.
