Which American big city is dying the fastest?

The conventional wisdom is that it is San Fran, and a small part of this is that Oakland which is connected is rapidly getting to Mad Max Dystopia....it is even worse.

Seattle is certainly in the top ten.

Well, actually, the larger US cities that are dying the fastest are:

St. Louis
Baltimore
Milwaukee
Buffalo NY
Detroit
Cleveland
Hartford CT
Rochester NY
Chicago
Memphis TN

What do they all have in common? They are, and have been, run by Democrats for decades...

I'll even go further to say that most of these have a Black mayor and a very Progressive Leftist city council.
