The Old Farmer's Almanac quotes an old adage that states one should always get a haircut on the day of the new moon...the theory being, that your hair will grow thicker and healthier with the waxing moon.
The March new moon has passed on the 9th so, ancient wisdom would recommend you wait until April 7th...

But then the Old Farmer's Almanac is penned by a guy named Richard Head...
