Most Americans now believe Republicans, rather than Democrats, won the government shutdown fight, according to a new poll published Nov. 15.

The CBS News and YouGov poll, conducted between Nov. 13 and 14, found that 55% of Americans believe President Donald Trump and Republicans got more of what they wanted from negotiations that ended the shutdown. Only 6% said Democrats came out on top, and 24% said neither party was victorious.

The American people know that the Schumer Shutdown was to continue to give free healthcare to illegals.

Six percent said the Democrats came out on top.

Democrats tried to shut it all down to hurt everyone and blame it on the Orange Man, just like in 2020.

IMO we will have to wait and see , IF healthcare ins. premiums start going up after the first of the month , ( some are saying as much as 145% ) and we have to see what happens when the rest of Trumps BBB go into effect and those cuts are put in place, if it hurts Americans or not , if it does the Dems can just sit back and say well this is what you voted for and wanted we tried to stop it but the Republican House would not come back into session and talk about it.
Again IF the cost of healthcare goes up the Dems can say we told you so. IF not then the Republicans can say it.
It is just a matter of time and we will see what happens till then IMO we will not know.

Well again we will have to wait and see if healthcare ins prem. go up after the first of the month as some say they will ( maybe as much as 145% ) and we will have to see what the effects are from the cuts that are in Trumps BBB.
I still wonder just what some of them are and why the Republicans didn't put them into effect till AFTER the Mid terms.
Heck reading the BBB takes an army of lawyers, there are so many changes in the first dozen pages or so IMO nobody actually knows what is in it any more.
As I said we will have to wait and see what happens after it is all in place.
