While Trump goes backward on clean energy development, California pushes forward in building an affordable, clean energy future.

California currently has the highest per KWH price in the lower 48, the least reliable grid, and that is getting worse. In the spring and fall, California pays Arizona and Nevada to take excess solar and wind generation lowering those state's costs while raising their own citizen's costs for electricity.

If solar and wind are so "sustainable" and cost effective, they wouldn't need massive and endless government subsidies to work.

Solar and wind don't pay better either.
