I think whiney Republicans is more accurate.
And and other whiney people join in the general whine.
Many people need a group to blame problems on. After all their problems cannot be of their own making.

I can say the same for some blacks whining about the white man keeping them down. Well yes but the white man keeps some of us whites down as best as they can too.

You can either give in and whine or do something with your life.

There is more in common among the downtrodden of the world's nations than between the rich and poor of a single nation.
Black? White? Nobody gives a shit til one of them gets rich and powerful and then colour is just a childish excuse to justify one's own failure.

Except America had actual problems with race that were never as serious in the UK.

Your paragraph is a little bizarre. You start out sympathetic to workers, and immediately as soon as black people become said workers they are suddenly "failures".

Sadly you have misunderstood. My reference was general and referred to anyone who automatically blames others for their own failures. Indeed your understanding is so far from my intention that I had to read your post and mine several times before I understood. It is not workers per se who get my sympathy, but those whose lives are governed and exploited by unbridled and undeserved power of others.
Perhaps you are a casualty of american racism yourself?

Note to self: Dot t's and cross eyes when discussing with our colonial friends.

Is that an example of the famous rightwing tolerance/inclusiveness that has worked so well for the GOP?
