Whitaker's laughable request of DOJ

Not wanting to be bound my an OFFICIAL determination of whether he should follow Session's lead and recuse himself from overseeing the Mueller investigation, Whitaker simply made an UNOFFICIAL "ask of DOJ instead of a formal request. As expected, the response from DOJ ethics was that he SHOULD recuse himself, which he promptly rejected. Not really surprising considering how he undermined his former boss (Sessions) to get the job in the first place. The DC "swamp" has now become the Trump "cesspool".

Obviously, having your top guy in the DOJ recuse himself didn't work-out well for Trump last time, so, Whittaker is determined to avoid making that mistake, himself.

Mistake? Dont you believe in the rule of law, and corruption must be weeded out by Mueller!

I am willing to wait to February, and I will accept whatever Mueller finds.

And the rest of America will make the small Trump minority accept whatever Trump finds.

As far as Trump's tactical standing is concerned, it was a mistake. I think Whittaker has more cause to be recused than Sessions had (Sessions had exactly zero cause to be recused). Whittaker has made careless remarks indicating that he can't be impartial toward the investigation. Also, it seems silly to place Whittaker in charge of the case, seeing as he is only an acting official, unlikely to become the permanent AG.

Can you re-write this using proper grammar and context so we can figure out what moronic point yo are trying to make? This gobbledygook is unintelligible.

Whittaker will be indicted for obstruction of justice if he shuts down the investigation.

Another moronic prediction; you never tire from looking like a moron do you?

A few nuggets of stupidity from the past:

Real America is coming for the Trump base in nine weeks.
The November elections will be the ultimate act of delegitimizing the far right as sane, worthy Americans.
Predictions? Red majority of 1 in the Senate, a massive swing to the blue in the suburbs of America and absolute domination in the House.
Trump, of course, will come out of the trial looking very bad and possibly end up being charged.

What disqualifies Whittaker from overseeing an investigation based on a lie? He can make all the comments he wants. That isn't a disqualification or cause for recusal. Sessions didn't have to recuse either.

It is time for Republicans to take off the gloves and punch Democrats with the same force Democrats punch them with. This is why Trump is the President and not some spineless wimp like Kasich.

There's no physical law prohibiting Whittaker, so, it's not even a "disqualification." That said, his comments were not helpful.

Trump became the nominee because enough people participated in the primary that utterly lack character and moral fibre.

Putting Whittaker in charge of the Justice Department was like putting Rush Limbaugh in charge of the ladies restrooms or the Opioid Crisis or something!

Donald Trump sitting in bed watching Fox News with Stephen Miller, he saw Whittaker saying he would simply under-fund the Special Council, and Donald Trump sprang up with a brain-fart, and said, THAT'S MY MAN- right there!

Whitaker is not qualified for the AG position. He is , like most Trumpies, a crook with no morality and ethics. He asked if he should DQ himself from the Mueller investigation. They said yes, he should recuse. So he named a 4 person panel to review it, and surprise ,surprise, they said he has a right to oversee it.
There is a reason Trump named him.It is the same reason that Whitaker formed that panel. He has the power to blow it up at the last second.

It's too late for that. The Nunes firewall is gone. When Whitaker tables the report, the House will subpoena Mueller, where he'll publicly tell the panel exactly what was in the report.
