Who is a racist?

I'm just wondering if the Nazis were really actually racist according to the definitions used by the modern right? I think at least 99% of the Nazis would've been cleared, the definition is so narrow, that it's almost impossible to be a racist according to modern rightists. Geez isn't that convenient?

Are you a racist if you have the exact same ideology as the neo-fascists from the past, but change the name of your ideology? Probably not right? Because that's what racists keep on doing. Fascist -> Neo-fascist -> paleoconservative -> nationalist-> dark enlightenment -> alt-right -> Republican. All the same thing in the end.
