So Phil Robertson was essentially fired for sharing his beliefs. The queer lobby led by GLAD is screaming from the top of their lungs and of course A&E bent over and grabbed their ankles.
But, who is really being discriminated against? Seems to me not one queer was materially harmed by his comments. Did one queer get fired because of his comments? Did one queer lose their healthcare? Did one queer get beat up? Nope, not a fucking one of the vile, despicable queers were hurt.
The only one being discriminated against is Phil Robertson who was fired for expressing his political beliefs.
Now that being said, I firmly believe that A&E should have the right to hire or fire anyone they want for any reason they want. I am not offended by Phil's firing and I am sure that Duck Dynasty will find another home for their show. Those kinds of ratings will not go ignored.
