Umm, NO. The video clearly shows his positions. Bottom line: when the car started moving AND TURNING AWAY FROM HIM, he MOVED in and was perfectly clear BEFORE he started shooting.

Good was NOT aiming for him. Period. No matter how many times you wish otherwise, because ALL the footage analyzed doesn't get that dog of yours to hunt.

Any cop worth his salt knows that you first request the suspect to turn off their engine before anything else. And if they refuse to get out of the car, you wait for another cop before you try to open the door. My Pop's (retired NYPD Homicide/Special Task Force) just shakes his head at the entire thing.

She should be angry at the wife for telling the girl to "drive baby drive"... Because that's what prompted her to put the car in gear and hit the gas.... If not for that directive, we probably wouldn't be talking about any of this right now.... She would still be sitting in the idling car...."chatting" with officers... Maybe getting arrested... but Without the car moving into the agent... no instantaneous reflexive reaction....And she would be alive...
