Now that Biden and Cumala have failed to get reelected. What is next for the democrat party?

Who is on their bench?

Does Cumala make a run in 2028 against Vance? Do retreads like Hillary and Kerry make another fateful run citing Trumps age as proof they can do it?

Does buttboy buttigieg? Newsom? Booker? That governor in MD?

Who do you lefties like? And don’t be pusses and say it is too early. It is never too early in American politics

I hope they take a serious look at Tammy Duckworth,
She has been a Congressmen, and a Senator that has a good voting record on not only women's issues, but issues that deal with low income workers and Veterans .
She is a War vet who's Helicopter was shot down in war and had her legs shot off.
She is a real war vet not like the war corespondent Vance.

Gretchen Witchmer
Josh Shitpiro

There's others, but I think those are the 2028 frontrunners.

Shapiro and Newson would be the front runners at the moment, but being four years out, could be anyone

And why you so sure there will be an election in 2028? If Trump does not want to leave 1600 Pennsylvania Ave why do you think he would?

I would hope they at least look at Tammy Duckworth.
If they are she ready for a woman President she would be a very good President,
She has a really good record in not only the House but Senate too.
She backs programs to help the poor, women and our vets who all need help IMO.
 
I think that in 2028 Elise Stefanik or Kristi Noem are both high possibilities.

I don't think any Democrat / Communist will have any chance for at least 12-16 years.

Due to the costs of the illegals, the corrupt & racist infrastructure bill, and the 2024 lawfare/abuse of power, the American people are pissed off at the Lefties/Democrats.

For at least the next three presidential election cycles, who ever the Dems run, it will just expend and disqualify the person as a future candidate.

So, only the Dregs of the Democratic Party will accept a nomination.

In 2040, the Democrats, if they still exist, can try again.

My guess is that a new political party will have replaced the Democrat brand by that time.

The new political landscape is a competition to represent the American Working Class. That's were almost all the votes are!

Right now, the GOP surprisingly holds that position, but due to the Establishment Uniparty GOP, they don't hold it securely.

I expect a new 3rd party will emerge with its foundation being representation of the working class, and it will steal almost all of the voters from the Democratic Party, and about a third of the voters from the GOP.

I expect this new party to take the Presidential election of 2032.

By 2036, the Democratic Party will no longer exist.
