That on behalf of the taxpayers of Chicago Illinois A civil law suit naming Jesse Smollett and Barrack & Michelle Obama and Chicago’s city prosecutor Kim Foxx should be filed to guarantee the taxpayer’s and citizens of Chicago their “DUE PROCESS” of the law to receive reparations for the perpetration of a fraud committed by Smollett, and an illegal influence by the Obama’s to rig the legal and lawful results of said fraud by Smollett to be favorable to Smollett, and the illegal acceptance of said illegal influences by Chicago prosecutor Foxx, on the citizens of Chicago as having been maliciously wasteful of Chicago’s police protective resources, to slander the President of the United States, one Donald J. Trump, and illegally influence the determination of said crimes without “DUE PROCESS” of the law.

Such actions will award Jesse Smollett, Barrack & Michelle Obama and Kim Foxx and the taxpayers and citizens of Chicago all “DUE PROCESS” of the law!!!!!

Hey, regardless of the evidence, Smollett wasn't convicted of any crime, and the Prosecutor's office decided not to pursue further legalities, so in Trumpian logic, doesn't that mean Smollett is totally vindicated?

It's been shown that Smollett is a friend of the Obamas. It's rumored that Michelle Obama made contact with the prosecutor Foxx and ask for a favorable conclusion to the Smollett case and she got it. True or not, a civil case would open up the Smollett files and provide "due process" of law for all concerned. Of course Democrats and all leftist hate our Constitution and the very idea of due process of the law. They proved that in the Kavanaugh hearings. I just wanted to give them the opportunity to prove yet again their hatred for due process and so far it's been another astounding success!!!

Both Chicago's mayor and police department say the dismissal was wrong.
