This one is kinda big as it will set a precedent for what can be withheld from congressional investigation. For impeachments anyway. A bigger issue is whether New York can subpoena his taxes in a criminal case. That's the biggie.

Maybe if Trump's taxes come out in court, then they will be public. Trump has been fighting the NY courts about his taxes for a long time.

The Court is probably going to rule that NY may subpoena 10 years worth of taxes. Then, the taxes will get leaked, because, that's how business is done these days.
