Bush passed one of the largest expansions of the welfare state ever in regards to healthcare. He also oversaw a massive expansion of federal control over education. But there was a key difference between Bush and Obama that was a deciding factor for many conservatives, right? Hmmmm... I wonder what it was. Apparently, the Republican who first passed Obamacare possessed the distinction too. Hmmm, what was it?
 
What would it say about the Republican party if they had three presidents in a row from the same family? Can anyone say oligarcy?
