It's not Homosexual Month because they want to include self mutilation (aka 'trans surgery') and ever other possible perversion they can think of.
The Bible describes the rainbow as a token of a promise by God to never flood the world again. The perversion crowd wants to pervert any meaning of the rainbow as well.
Whether one believes in any God or not, the rainbow is a beautiful phenomenon. Perverting it like this is equally insulting as the perversions these people shove in your face.
