On June 12, 2017, U.S. senators reached an agreement on legislation imposing new sanctions on Russia and Iran.[134] The bill was opposed only by Sanders and Republican Rand Paul.[135] He supported the sanctions on Russia, but voted against the bill because he believed the sanctions could endanger the Iran nuclear deal.[136]
You missed the following: "He supported the sanctions on Russia, but voted against the bill because he believed the sanctions could endanger the Iran nuclear deal."
You even included it in one of your posts and somehow missed it.
I'm not a Bernie fan, but even I'm not going to suggest he's some Russian pawn. He did have some pretty naive views of the Soviet regime, however.
Putin agrees with trump that Bernie will be easiest to beat. Trump/Putin may be making a big mistake. From Obama on, America has been voting for change. Obama did not do enough because he had to fix the Bush economy. Trump claimed change and then drug us back into a terrible time. This is not the change America wants. Warren and Bernie may be real change if they can get it through.
