Why do the racist MI protesters need to be armed?

Maybe all the confederate flags for starters.
But I agree, that's beside the point. A supposedly peaceful rally that's about opening up the economy during a pandemic has literally nothing to do with gun rights. So why do they bring guns? I suppose there's the insecurity over their micropenises, but that can't explain all of it.

In reality, it's a partisan, conservative wet-dream rally, not a sincere desire to open up the economy. These housebroken turds don't even realize that they're begging to be denied federal and state benefits in favor of going back to work and getting sick (or having so little business due to most of the population remaining in quarantine that their boss doesn't hire them back anyway...then BAM, they have reduced benefits as if they were laid off during normal times).

But yeah, a good guess is that they're 80% fat, racist morons.

Some demonstrators in the Senate gallery were openly carrying guns, which is legal. One senator said some armed men shouted at her. Some senators wore bulletproof vests.
