You seem to be confused on what dictatorship means.... the people by majority wanted universal background checks, they want to see how Obama are plays out by majority, they want to ban assault rifle sales by majority and they want the Republicans to open the government by majority. The bullshit spending bill originated in the REPUBLICAN CONTROLLED HOUSE, therefore this situation was CREATED by House Republicans who passed this ridiculous exercise in tedium.
