Why Doesn't Jarhead Sue the Advertiser?

Jarhead (aka:Jarod) says he has complained of an ad that JPP gets through a Google service, insisting that the ad told an outright lie. But to knowingly run an ad which is false, is covered in our legal code, it is called, false advertising. Many lawsuits have been filed regarding false advertising, and I am sure you can rake in a ton of cash from a settlement....

Jarhead is supposedly a hot shot lawyer down in Florida... why doesn't he sue the advertiser for false advertising, and collect a sweet check on a settlement? If the ad is a lie, and Jarhead is a lawyer... why wouldn't he do it... free money, right?

Im not sure you understand what "standing" is.

Im not sure you understand what "standing" is.

Oh, I understand, you've never "stood" for much, and no one can know where you might "stand" tomorrow... and I understand your retard ass has probably been sitting at that computer so long, you forgot how to "stand." And I also understand, it's much easier for me to kick your ass all over the board if you are "standing!"

IF you meant "legal standing" then false advertising is covered by automatic standing under the law. IF you wish to argue that is not the case, then you have to admit you have no legal standing, which means... why the hell do you have a right to tell them to remove the ad? Go fuck yourself!

Having a legal right is different than having a right. And you may be right about automatic standing.... I dont know.

Wow, you have a lot of anger against me... What have I done other than expose you for the lying fraud that you have been...

Dixie dont give up, there is always the future in which you dont have to be a lying fraud..... You coud change.

You're the lying fraud here, not me.

Who is the fraud was established when you could not stand up to my challange to prove your allegations about President Obama.

Ill bump it again...

LOL.. I already proved the allegations, so did bravo. We can deconstruct his entire speech, line by line, and explain in detail what is established at each point along the way, and how it collectively leads one to believe he is endorsing the mosque. But this is obvious, given the entire nation believes Obama supports the mosque... except for you, Jarhead. For some reason, you don't seem to get it. Why don't you try THIS challenge from ME... Find me a quote from Obama, not just from this speech, but any quote... which shows he is opposed to the idea, or thinks the idea is not wise, or in bad taste.

What words did he say?

Come on punk, take the challenge!

Come on punk, take the challenge!

I can't. I never claimed the president was opposed to the mosque. We clearly do not know his feelings beyond how they relates to the First Amendment....

He has not sqid if he believes the community center to be in bad taste yet.

We all agree with the 1st Amendment. Show me someone who has objected to the 1st Amendment? I asked you to show me something to indicate he agrees with you, me, Howard Dean, and Harry Reid, along with 68% of the nation, that the mosque is in bad taste and should be built someplace else... can you do that, or not?

If not, I would say that it's clear Obama doesn't have any objections, and given his public comments, sounds as if he not only thinks it's a wonderful idea, but appropriate and in the spirit of our founding principles... because that's exactly what he said.
