Why have a panel review the war if its in its final throws?

Remember when Dixie gleefully predicted we would not have many more deaths when we were at the 2000 mark...

Now we are closing in on 3000!

These pittafull Republicans are leading us to such sad results, but Americans keep believing in them.
 
To fool the republican voters that are on the edge of either not voting or leaning towards voting demoncrat. Quite simple really, as those targeted voters are as well.
