Why is Biden dangling this promise of nominating a black woman to scotus? It is illegal and racist to discriminate based on race as a condition for employment.

No lefty has EVER posted a shred of evidence that proves Trump is a racist. No lefty has posted it anywhere on this forum. You have posted the allegations of Trump being a racist as a way to evade the actual racism that I presented in this thread.

How does having a less competent or qualified person be picked solely on the basis of race and gender make things better? Shouldn't the pick for such a critical position be made on who is best qualified?

Evidence my ass- What's obvious is obvious and I won't entertain you with the 100's of just racist tweets he's made alone- not counting the several Executive Orders that have been ripped up by the Supreme Court because they were Racist and un-Constitutional.

We have proven to even the most stubborn how bad a racist Trump is. That matter is settled. Evmerto cannot hide his racism though. So many threads on racism. This is just another example. There are lots of black women who are highly qualified for the Supreme Court., Due to their lack of representation on the court, it is good to want a black woman on it. It would be fair.
