Unless I am mistaken, the Republicans controlled BOTH houses of Congress for the last two years. As such, they had the opportunity to fund the wall if they really wanted to. Yes, they may have had to actually "negotiate" instead of "strong arm", but some type of deal could likely have been reached. At this point, I simply fail to see where Trump is correct in blaming Dems for the lack of a wall. Just my thoughts.
