but I recognize that Putin is in charge of a nation with actual ability to project power and it is known that he likes his ego stroked. Zelenky is a puppet for the military industrial complex and forever war. He purposefully dresses down to show he is with the people. a red carpet scenario is opposite of the message he wishes to project anyway
