Why would anyone Obscure their Auto Tags With Dark Plastic?
This makes them more difficult to see.
There can be no other reason but that they intend to commit a crime and do not wish to be identified.
It's illegal in many States, but how many times do you see somebody with their tag darkened and a police car, sometimes right behind them, and they never get pulled over for it.
I don't get it.
