Public education has extended the bare minimum of literacy requirements to negros and other poor, under-literate aspects of society (which naturally tend to vote Democrat).
Given that wealthy, white property owners can more than afford their children's own education (e.x. through private preparatory schools or tutoring) - public education only serves to enable the Democrats and the left to have more say in politics and voting than they should in a right-wing nationalist system of government.
Simply defund all public education, and keep the poor demographics as illiterate as possible, returning education to the realm of rich white male property owners, and this would be the perfect way to implement a new right-wing nationalist regime.
