Witnesses have to have witnessed something, eh? About the best they could do at this point is try to find someone who can swear under oath that Vindman was not listening in on the phone call with Zelenskyy.
I care because I care about justice, the truth should come out. The more Americans know the more just the result will be. I believe in the facts being exposed not hidden. IF the facts are exposed, justice will be done. If the facts are hidden criminals will often get away with is.
One is a trial, the other is an indictment, so rules should be different. I think all facts relevant to Trumps activities should be public.
Much of the House testimony was not hearsay, most of the hearsay was admissible hearsay. You are using a tired argument.

They'll fight testimony from those guys tooth and nail; they would be the last torpedo to send the sinking SS Trumptanic to Davy Jones' locker. Mitch is really going to have to walk a tightrope here. Most of the (D)s' witnesses are credible. The Reichwing Noise Machine has spent weeks now trying to impugn them anyways, and screeching (falsely) that poor POTUS's defenders weren't allowed to question them. Having them front and center in the Senate, for both sides to query, would destroy both of those "defenses."
