That is of course how the Empire is to be organized, with all roads running to and through China because nothing is going to happen without the say so of China.

China is around the world setting up business relationships with countries. They are into South America too. They are not taking over governments and conquering them like our history shows we have. Many do not trust us. Like Perkins in "Confessions of an Economic Hitman" showed, they have no reason to trust us.

They have been in Jamaica for a few years & they owe them money, although locals are bucking the relationship link
