Simple answer: Yes.

You can think of Liberalism like you would think of a disease. A healthy city is a conservative city, but once there are enough liberals inside of a city, it infects the city with Liberalism. If that disease is not caught and treated early on, it replicates and spreads and eventually overtakes and kills conservatism within the city. At that point, you end up with a Seattle, or a Portland, or a San Francisco, or an Austin, or a Chicago, or a Baltimore. Then, after completely infecting a city, the disease looks for a new host. It then spreads to nearby conservative (healthy) cities and begins to infect THEM too. Liberalism is the only pandemic that is occurring at the moment.

Yes, they will infect more healthy cities and make those cities into depraved shitholes as well. Liberals do not believe in law and order. They do not recognize any state or federal constitution. They believe that 'deplorables' should bow down to them (remind you of Satan?).

I never looked at democrats as a infection a pandemic of sorts like the black death. But your analogy is excellent.
I always looked at them as social misfits and leach's and deviants .
