Stood his ground: A court granted immunity to Gabriel Mobley, who shot two men
Al Sharpton did nothing about this mans' shooting. Obama didn't give a speech.
A Florida man had two murder charges against him dropped Thursday after an appeals court found he was justified in blasting two unarmed men under the state's controversial "Stand Your Ground" law.
Gabriel Mobley, 38, received immunity from the charges after the court found that he was justified in the killings because he was scared for his life and was defending himself when he fatally shot two 24-year-old men outside a Chili's restaurant in Hialeah.
