The only way he wouldn't run is if he had an excuse to play off of. Something to make him not look whipped and giving up to his faithful, kind of like bone spurs for Vietnam. He so wants to serve his fellow American's but XY&Z is preventing him from basically. That's the only way his ego would let him.

He has to run. The" can't indict a sitting president thing "will end and he will be vulnerable for his crimes.
