Will USA need our aid next?

Chinese peacekeepers in Haiti have paid tribute to fallen colleagues and other victims killed in last year's earthquake.

They attended a ceremony held at the rubble of Hotel Christopher in Port-au-Prince. Eight Chinese peacekeepers were killed at the site by the quake. Diplomats and members of the Chinese community in Haiti also attended the ceremony. The tragedy was the biggest-ever loss to a Chinese peacekeeping force.

Captain Chen Hao of Chinese Peacekeeping Force in Haiti, said, "We are going to keep in our memories each of their names. We are going to follow their example and continue their work for the stability in Haiti, global peace, and a harmonious world."
