On April 30th the DOW Jones was at 8,168. By August it was at 9,496. By October 23rd, the day before Obama declared a health emergency, it had hit 9,972. By December 14th the market peaked at 10,501.
Why didn't the market tank like this one has over a disease that has infected far fewer and killed far less? Why wasn't there mass panic? What was different? Obama?
