Woman charged with threatening molester

Don't threaten. The lesson learned here is not to threaten the action, just take the action. I'd be in prison for murdering the bastage.
 
I think the people in her community should beat the crap out of whomever charged her with "terrorist threats". In the heat of the moment, all the rage felt towards the coward that did that to her kid to charge her for saying something like that is sad.
 
I agree. You'd think the judge would give her some leniency. I mean they are only giving a molester 4 years.

No one "deserves" making threats, under any circumstances. This is not the wild wild west. We have a justice system, here.
 
I don't see how the mothers comments are justified because of hatred and anger, but the molesters actions also aren't excused because he's mentally ill? We have to punish them both in order to keep societal order.

And once in a while it even provides Justice, mostly it is just legal though.

I agree don't threaten just do it if you feel you absolutely must. If you threaten you might not get the opportunity, If you just do it you might even get away with it.
 
How the fuck does a child molester get 4 years. This is what is so fucked up. Life in prison no possibility of parole...done.

With this done, no threat or action would be necessary. The recidivism rate of molesters is simply too high to consider letting them back out into society.

that sentence makes no sense. If you meant to say that "no one deserves to be threatened", that's bull$hit. Clearly the guy in this story deserved more than getting threatened and more than the 4 years he pleaded down to.
 
He should have been castrated on the spot.

Water... she would have been justified to shoot the coward... threatening him was mild.... Watching the coward that molested your kid get away with only a 4 year sentence, would you say "well, justice has been served, good job mate"?

Perform drug testing on Child molesters, if it kills em, no loss.
that way they could perform society some benefit. And improve profit margins for the drug companies.

She would not have been justified. That is not justice, that is revenge. However, her actions would have been understandable.

I agree with Damo on this thread...put him in jail and throw away the key because these guys always do it again. Then you don't have the problem of the mother feeling like she has to take matters into her own hands. That is justice.

I don't understand this either. Having non-violent drug offenders serving mandatory 25 year sentences but having a child molester get only four years seems like very misguided priorities to me.
